A: All the jewelry is made of copper alloy ,zinc alloy ,ture silver ,925 silver ETC.

2 Can the necklace be lengthened or shortened? 

A: Generally, our jewelry was made according to international standard size but we can also make your desired sizes and the MOQ is 20 dozens for each style required.

3. How long dose your company make the delivery after confirmed the order?

4. Are the pictures the same as your real jewelry?
A: All jewelry pictures are made under the natural light, and uploaded online without being make up. They are nearly the same as the real jewelry.

5.Can we put ourself  LOGO on the jewelry?

A:Yes, you can. We are able to put your logo on every item without additional costs however the MOQ is 20 Dozens required.

6. What is your plating?

A. We use vacuum plating. It is water-free and nickel-free. Good for the environment, and will not be allergic. Colors plated can last for 5 years, unfading. Many colors available, rose gold,blue, silver, black, and etc.

7.How long to get the jewelry after i placed order ?

A. no more than 10 days ,after you placed order for the  gold puzzle rings   . because we are have more than 200 skilled workers in our factory , so we produce the jewelry within 3 days. And then, the jewelry shall be shipped by DHL ,UPS, TNT, and so on. The speed is fast , time is short.
